Who we are

Native AI is a trading name of Velox Logic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17176407, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Velox Logic Ltd is the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• your name, email address and company
• the project type, budget range and start timing you select
• your description of the project, and a Figma link if you give one
• files you attach: documents, images, audio or video, up to 1 GB each
• voice notes and screen recordings you record in the browser, if you use those features
• the call time you pick, if you book one

The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The form keeps an unsent draft in your own browser so you do not lose it on a reload; that draft never leaves your device and is cleared when you send the form or empty it.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or quote, and to hold the call you booked. We do not use it for marketing lists and we do not sell or share it with anyone for their own purposes.

Lawful basis

We process this information because it is necessary to take the steps you have asked for before entering into a contract, and where that does not apply, because we have a legitimate interest in answering the enquiry you sent us. Where you record audio or video, you do so by choice and can send the form without it.

Where it goes

• Google Workspace. The form details reach our team as an email to our Google Workspace mailbox, and bookings are created in Google Calendar with a Google Meet link.
• Resend. Sends the emails the website produces: the enquiry to our team and the confirmation to you.
• Vercel. Hosts this website, runs the code that handles the form, and stores the files and recordings you upload in private storage that only our signed links can open.

All three act as our processors under their standard terms. Your uploads go from your browser directly to that private storage; they are not copied through the website's own servers. Uploaded files are deleted from it 30 days after upload; copies attached to our team's email follow the period below. Google, Resend and Vercel may store data outside the UK under their standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

For 24 months after our last contact with you, then it is deleted. If we go on to work together, the material becomes part of the project record and is kept for the life of that engagement and the period our contract sets out.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days unless we have a legal reason to keep something, in which case we will tell you what and why.

To make a request, reply to any email you have received from us, use the contact form, or write to Velox Logic Ltd at the registered office above. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
