How the Pipeline Works

Agentic Pipeline is tooling we built and operate. It runs development as workflows of containerized AI agents covering intake, specification, architecture, design, decomposition, implementation, deployment and automated QA. You never log into it. It is the reason we can quote three weeks.

Ordered Execution

Work items run in order, on purpose. When an item deviates from the specification for a good reason, that change propagates to everything downstream before the next item starts.

Multi-Provider Routing

Work is routed across GLM, Kimi and any other provider, including local LLMs, through configured workflows, with fallback. Every run records which model processed which code.

Independent QA

The deployed application gets independent black-box testing, and every item ships with a generated demo and before/after screenshots.

Coherence Over Wall-Clock Time

Work items inside a project run in order, not in parallel. We chose that on purpose. Large agent-built codebases have a failure mode where they quietly stop matching the brief, and ordered execution prevents it. Many projects run at once; within yours, nothing starts until the specification it depends on is current.
